The prices below are our planned prices. Selected access users will be offered these same prices when paid access opens, before any future pricing changes.
Current access
WorkAid is currently available to a selected group of California workers' compensation claimants. This first group is intentionally small — the goal is to learn from real injured workers, improve the product, and make sure WorkAid is genuinely useful before paid access opens.
With an access code, you'll receive full access at no cost. When paid access opens, you'll be able to decide whether you want to continue on a paid plan.

WorkAid may add new plans, services, or higher-touch support later. Those may be priced separately.

- WorkAid does not auto-send communications. Users review and approve all drafts before use.
- WorkAid is a recordkeeping tool only. It does not file claims, submit documents, or act on behalf of users.
- Access does not require payment. Paid plans are not active yet. Pricing may change for future users, but selected access users will be offered the prices shown here when paid access opens.
- Access is currently free, not permanently. Access is not free forever.
- When paid subscriptions launch: subscriptions will be billed monthly or annually, as selected at checkout. Canceling stops future billing. Access remains active through the end of the current paid billing period. WorkAid does not provide prorated refunds for the current billing period unless required by applicable law or stated at checkout.
